Returns
We are pleased to offer complimentary returns on all domestic and international orders over £50. Clients may return any unworn and undamaged timepiece within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, or if you believe there is a discrepancy, please retain all packaging and documentation and contact our Terra Chrono team at support@terrachrono.com within 7 days of receipt. We will guide you through every step of the process with the attention and service you deserve
Return Eligibility
o maintain our standards of quality and authenticity, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• The watch must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original pristine condition.
• All original packaging, documentation, warranty cards, and protective films must be intact.
Please note: we are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, sized, engraved, or modified. We recommend carefully inspecting your timepiece upon delivery before wearing or adjusting it.
UK, EU & International Returns or Exchanges
For clients within the UK, EU, or Rest of the World, please contact our TerraChrono team at support@terrachrono.com to initiate a return or exchange. Upon approval, you will receive a return authorisation along with detailed instructions to ensure your watch is returned safely and securely.
