We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase one of our products.
Terra Chrono reserves the right to accept or decline orders based on:

All prices are displayed in Sterling Pound  [GBP], inclusive/exclusive of taxes depending on your region.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Terra Chrono is not liable for delays or losses caused by third-party couriers.

8. Returns & Exchanges

​

We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their Terra Chrono purchase.
To request a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days

  • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original protective packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customised, engraved, or limited-edition pieces may not be returnable unless faulty.

9. Terra Chrono Warranty – 2 Years

​

Each Terra Chrono timepiece is backed by a 2-year international warranty, covering manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship.

The warranty covers:

​

  • Internal mechanical defects

  • Movement malfunctions

  • Faults arising from normal use

​

The warranty does NOT cover:

​

  • Damage resulting from accidents, drops, or misuse

  • Water damage (unless the model is water-resistant and used within specified depth limits)

  • Normal wear and tear including battery depletion, scratches, strap/bracelet wear

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

To maintain warranty validity, all servicing must be performed by Terra Chrono or authorized technicians.

All content on this website—including images, logos, text, graphics, and product designs—is the intellectual property of Terra Chrono and protected by international copyright laws.
Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
